Our most valuable work is when we ask a client about the business, family, and factual background of the case, think quickly through our knowledge of the many temporary and permanent immigration options available, and recommend a course of action to seek status or defend against enforcement. We take that important role of counselor seriously. That's why we charge a fee for consultations.

How would your prefer to pay for the consultation? We charge $250 for a consultation, which usually lasts one-half hour but may in our discretion last up to a full hour. Often, if we accept your case, we will arrange a fixed fee for the service you request under the terms of a letter we will provide you. In the absence of our written agreement to represent you further, our consultation will involve only the one discussion and will not obligate us to provide any further services. We will review any papers while on the phone with you. Please indicate below your proposed method of payment. We will contact you to schedule a time and arrange for payment.
